2: 7 Month Chakra Alignment

(16 sessions)

Bi-weekly coaching blending mindfulness, breathwork, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry to release stress patterns and build steady habits.

3: Dark Night of the Soul Package

(6-12 months)

Sustained support to deepen practices, navigate change, and stay aligned with what matters. Flexible cadence based on your needs.
